Whilst primarily aimed at Mentors, it will also benefit Mentees. Favourable comments following the Leeds Workshop, included "it very useful" and "I can think of a number of Mentors in my practice who would benefit attending".
Even if you think you know what you are doing, it's worth attending! It's a chance to meet Alex and raise and discuss issues relating to the Pathway process as well as learning something!
