It was time to dust off the pencils and roll out the paper in preparation for our first event as the new branch and what a fantastic event it was. The night was kicked off by a talk from local artist Benedict Phillips who has experience of working with landscape architects on interventions within the public realm. |

The benefit of having a life drawing class in a pub is that it makes you a whole lot more confident about your somewhat rusty drawing skills! The class was led by the wonderful tutor John Wiltshire and it was unlike any life drawing class anyone had ever been to, we drew the model in motion and switched drawings with others in the room to create some really great results.

We would love to run this event again and hope that more of you will join us next time, look out for ‘Drawing the Landscape’ classes with Ali Baldwin in the near future.
The results! |
